Warmstart is normally invoked by [CTRL][ALT][DEL]. It is also invoked if the user RAM is found to be corrupted during normal power on initialization. It initializes user RAM (but not the built-in or plug-in RAM Disks), then invokes Int 19h bootstrap loader.
