m_InitKeyLabels

This function initializes tables using JQBTAUS.RI for the m_GetScanCode and m_GetKeyLabel calls .


Syntax:      int far m_InitKeyLabels(void) 
Parameters:  None 
Returns:     KEY_MAP_OK (0) - for success 
             KEY_MAP_ERROR (-1) - Init resource file results
