Panel

This function draws a rectangle with a black border and white inside and exits with COLOR=COLOR_NORMAL.

• Syntax: void DISTANCE Panel(int x, int y, int w, int h)
• Parameters:

    int x      Horizontal location of upper left corner of rectangle.  
    int y      Vertical location of upper left corner of rectangle.  
    int w      Width of rectangle.  
    int h      Height of rectangle.
