SetError

Saves the specified value in the ErrorNum field in the LHAPIBLOCK structure, if one is not already saved there.

Handler is an optional routine to be given control when an error is acknowledged.

• Syntax: int DISTANCE SetError(int ErrorNum)
• Parameters: int ErrorNum
• Returns: TRUE - if the specified error number was saved.

FALSE - if a previous error prevented setting.
